Join us as a Business Clients Orders Coordinator!

Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

• Communicate by e-mail and phone with customs representatives, couriers, warehouses, and business customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa
• Provide information, solve problems, coordinate special needs for the customers
• Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues!

• Start working full-time from March 13th

• Salary - 1132-1298 Eur (before taxes). Salary is calculated working daytime hours. The minimum wage is paid during the training

• Great English skills (B2 level)
• Experience with Excel/Google sheets (it will be your daily tool)
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening
• Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change
• Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support
