We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Membership Operations Specialist to support our U.S. operations. This is a chance to gain hands-on experience, develop your career in the insurance industry, and work in a supportive, international team in Kaunas.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Membership Operations Specialist with ~1 year of experience in an operations-related role to review and verify insurance policies, manage payments, and ensuring efficient, rule-compliant processing.

About the job:

We are looking for a 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 who will play a critical role in processing membership requests and ensuring smooth operations within the membership and billing department.

What will you do:

• Reviewing and handling membership applications, including setting up and updating insurance policies
• Communicating with clients via email to collect missing or additional information
• Routing specific inquiries to the right internal teams for expert resolution
• Consistently meeting performance benchmarks for accuracy and productivity

Requirements:

• High school diploma, Higher education is an advantage
• At least a C1 level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to resolve issues independently
• High attention to detail
• Computer literacy
• ~1 year of experience in a similar operations role (processing documents, account clerk work, accounts receivable, finance area, etc.)
• Knowledge of the USA healthcare system is an advantage
• 𝐀𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐔𝐒𝐀 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬 (𝟐:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟏:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌), 𝐧𝐨 𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
• Ability to attend training ffor the first 1,5 months (between 10:00-21:00)
• Ability to work onsite in Kaunas (no remote option)
• Ability to start ASAP
