Position: Product Support Advisor (German Speaker)

As a Product Support Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting patients with diabetes and healthcare providers in Germany. You’ll become an expert in glucose monitoring technology, assisting patients and their families with product and service inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring top-level customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do: 

💬 Be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals in Germany.

🔧 Address patient questions, troubleshoot issues related to devices, apps, and software.

📑 Document and analyze patient/product information, send replacements, and conduct follow-ups.

🚀 Be the first to know about new products and services.

🎓 Educate and train patients and healthcare providers.

📊 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For:

💬 Fluent German (C1) and Good English (B1+) skills.

🔍 Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

📝 Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, email).

💖 An empathetic mindset and strong listening skills.

🤝 Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

📍 Ability to join on-site training in Vilnius for ~one month as part of the onboarding process
