As a Client Support Services Specialist reporting to Client Support Services Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client support and driving process improvements within IT Support field. You’ll thrive in this position if you’re solution-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable, have a global mindset, and bring a passion for technology and client success to a fast-paced, high-impact environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide advanced support for cloud-based IT products used by financial institutions. 
  • Act as Incident Manager during critical events, ensuring timely resolution and clear client communication. 
  • Coordinate Release Management processes for seamless product deployments. 
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. 
  • Create and manage internal knowledge articles.  
  • Mentor and train colleagues to support team development. 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in Client Support, Project Management, or Client Services in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills. 
  • Willingness to work late shifts (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM EET); hours from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM are additionally compensated.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken). 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Familiarity with Capital Markets or financial services. 
  • Experience in incident management and release processes. 
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for workflow optimization. 

 

This position is based in Vilnius and offers a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in-office), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, education, training, and market location.
