Your Role:

Assisting with the maintenance of internal systems and ensure they are updated in a timely manner and according to the internal policies
Assisting with preparation of presentations for meetings with the clients or other meetings/trainings
Performing various administrative assignments regarding general matters (creating IT tickets, arranging documents to be sent by courier; arranging conference call details and meeting room reservations etc.) and client service matters (searching for information on the internet, checking information in local registries worldwide, downloading public available data from registries etc.)

About You:

College or university degree (can be fresh graduate or last year student available to work full-time)
Very good computers skills (Microsoft Office packages)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills

Salary Range

1330 – 1580 GROSS
