Job description

Customer Care Specialist Finnish language

DESCRIPTION:
  • primarily telephone and email/chat communication with existing customers
  • process data from clients and record them in the system (light administration)
  • the customer line is passive, receives incoming calls and handles client requests via e-mail, so it is not a routine daily activity
  • communication with international clients in Finland
  • cooperation with colleagues in the team



* Remote position is available working from Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • There is no need to have special knowledge or education, we can teach a willing person everything. However, the language is important therefore it is necessary to have know Finnish language at least at C1 level or higher
  • at the same time, communicative English is needed at least at the B2 level - introductory training and regular updating training are conducted in English
  • using a company’s system to process orders
  • you can handle customer care (helpfulness and willingness in communication is important to us)
  • the advantage (not the condition) is previous customer service experience
