Job description

The role

The Manager of Sourcing and Referrals will be responsible for partnering with the global and regional Talent Acquisition leadership team to understand the business needs and growth plans and build a global sourcing function that supports current needs and can proactively identify areas of opportunity. This role will also form part of the TA recruitment leadership team and such will also contribute to the strategic objectives and operational output of the function.

This role will have a team of 8 people under its management responsibility.

Responsibilities

Team Management:

  • Partnering with the TA leads to understand the business’ overall growth plans across each of the regions and to create a robust sourcing recruitment strategy that aims to achieve these ambitions
  • Establish operational metrics that will drive the success and productively for the sourcing function including but not limited to target KPIS and SLAs, DE&I targets and recruitment compliance measures
  • Workflow management of new requests to the sourcing specialist function and ensure consistent levels of work across the different teams
  • Partner with recruiters and TA Brand Marketing develop and deliver strategic hiring campaigns that support focused growth plans and proactively promote the business
  • Work with the sourcing specialists to create global talent pipelines across 6 core recruiting verticals
  • Management of the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for all souring specialists
  • Lead the training and development of the sourcing practice identifying individual objectives and targets as well as creating growth opportunities and career development
  • Help sourcing specialists to position the business as an ‘Employer of Choice’ and provide support and resources to help them communicate their offering effectively
  • Measure and monitor the success and return on investment of all sourcing tools and work with TA leadership to identify areas of opportunity
  • Create cadence of routines whereby sourcers can discuss hot jobs and share prospect candidates

Sourcing Specialist:

  • Work closely with recruitment relationship managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and the recruitment process for each req
  • Identify, engage and interview prospect candidates in line with business needs
  • Present recruiting relationship managers and hiring managers with high quality and diverse shortlists, demonstrating both your knowledge of the role and your selected candidates
  • Proactively engage with candidates we have engaged with as a result of an event or campaign and move them into the CRM tool
  • Proactively share diverse candidates with business and the broader sourcing practice
  • Manage the job advert using Textio to ensure inclusive job adverts are leveraged
  • Manage and nurture the relations with the candidate throughout the recruitment process to ensure a clear understanding of candidate motivations and expectations and ensure these are clearly conveyed to the recruitment relationship managers
  • Work with recruitment relationship manager to confirm offer details
  • Communicate all offers and benefits to candidates and work with the recruitment relationship manager to manage any offer negotiations or counter-offer scenarios


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years’ experience as a Recruiter with 360 coverage
  • Ability to take more of a strategic approach and take lead as part of the global growth
  • Proven recruitment leader
  • Experience in creating and delivering recruitment campaigns and strategies
  • Managing large complex projects along with an ability to multi-task in an agile, growth mindset environment
  • Demonstrated capability to work well in a team and independently in a fully remote role
  • Must be well versed in change and creating alignment with a diverse set of employees and businesses at a multi country level
  • Self-sufficient and capable of liaising with senior leadership teams, including strong ability to influence and drive towards desired outcomes for the organization
  • Ability to navigate at all altitudes across the organization, utilizing strategic insight, excellent project skills, and the ability to get things done with a sense of urgency
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative, data-driven, global and technical environment is a plus
  • This leader will have a strong track record of influencing, inspiring team members and coaching
  • Broad business acumen combined with deep functional knowledge of TA best practices
