As part of our growth across the EMEA region we are currently seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join us in Vilnius. This role will be focused on developing a localised business plan and implementing the defined strategies to drive new sales opportunities across Europe.

BDRs are responsible for helping uncover new opportunity in the region, expanding our footprint, and ensuring client expectations are met. What will you be doing?

• Identify and articulate key areas of opportunities in the market. Analyze development of sales.
• Support the Senior Sales Executives in closing deals in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives.
• Assist the Senior Sales Executives in conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customers.
• Respond to escalated customer issues.
• Develop a good understanding of industries, regulatory environments and markets.

Who are we looking for?

• Professional working proficiency in English,
• French working proficiency is highly beneficial
• Experience developing and executing on sales and account management plans
• Comfortable communicating with C-level and build rapport with key decision makers to become a trusted advisor
• Strong organizational and time-management-skills
• Customer centric and proactive in relationships and opportunities, e.g. looks for signals that the customer may need additional products/services
• Ability to demonstrate and understand key business drivers, awareness of the competitive landscape

What we offer

Monthly base salary (before tax): from 2500 to 3100 EUR, plus commission.
