In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new
products to market and promote and maximize clients’ usage and experience with existing products.
Adform enables major advertisers, publishers, and agencies in over 25 markets to create, buy, and sell digital advertising at scale across the myriad of internet-connected devices. That's a lot of customers to be trained, onboarded, and guided on a highly technical platform.
It's easy to spend all of your time on a single customer. It's hard to think of ways to get insights on many of your customers at once, and perform actions addressing many of their needs in a single shot.
As a Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for making sure that we can have a healthy relationship with our many Bronze tier customers. Working with Support teams to address client needs, concerns, keeping them profitable and growing them to higher spending levels.
