Job description

What you will be doing

The Sales Enablement team influences revenue growth by equipping sellers with specific skills, knowledge and resources.  This includes, enabling sellers to be more efficient and effective, through the timely provision of relevant information.

Responsibilities:

Sales Training

  • Identify regional training requirements and work with local contacts and training partner(s) to schedule established training courses
  • Identify and deliver new training courses.
  • Issue invites, reminders and course completion certificates in a timely manner
  • Engage with training partners to secure attendance reports and post session insight
  • Create reports and track learner activity with pre-course and cost course learning
  • Co-ordinate the processing of invoices for training courses
  • Update learner records within Salesforce
  • Support the onboarding of sellers with the development and scheduling of courses.

Facilitate the delivery of webinars

  • Identifying topics relevant to the sales community
  • Outlining a structure for each webinar that aligns to agreed learning objectives and maintains relevancy to sales
  • Supporting the development of presentation and supporting material with Subject Matter Experts
  • Ensuring the design of webinar content aligns to the company brand, with information presented clearly and is professional in “look-and-feel” 
  • Managing webinar reviews, with content providers, by providing guidance on structure, flow of content, presentation of information and timings

Sales Enablement Technology

  • Undertake system administration tasks e.g. accurately maintain users, permissions and system filters/tags  
  • Develop and maintain system templates to ensure consistency across the site
  • Provide system reports and insight to support content curation 
  • Review reports on content engagement and platform adoption to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support the development of governance policies and practices
  • Attend meetings with technology supplier(s) to ensure we remain up to date with new features and functionality

What your background should look like

Work experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working closely with sales, in a Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Operations, Marketing or content management capacity
  • Experience of working in a multinational company.
  • Proven record of working closely with sales and enabling the creation/delivery of compelling content
  • Desirable to have a proven track record of administering content management (HighSpot, Seismic) and Sales Readiness technologies


Skills and knowledge:

  • Highly proficient in the English language (written and verbal skills)
  • Tech savvy and experienced in administering a content management platform (Highspot preferred) or Sales Readiness systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft software (PowerPoint, Teams, Word and Excel) and Adobe InDesign (desirable)
  • High attention to detail, with strong reasoning and analytical skills
  • Ability to work and interact with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with the ability to multitask.
