About the team:

AxiomSL offers a unified, high-performance compliance platform that reduces operational complexity through centralized global management. The system provides full support, automatic updates, and detailed transparency from reports to source data, enabling comprehensive compliance management.

What you will do:

As first-line support, this role involves resolving client issues through our Case Management system and various communication channels. The position requires both independent problem-solving and teamwork, along with process development and documentation responsibilities. We seek a growth-minded professional interested in career advancement opportunities within our expanding organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for AxiomSL products and infrastructure within Nasdaq Cloud Platform through various channels
  • Meet performance metrics, maintain SLAs, and ensure professional client communication while following ISO-9001 and ITIL processes
  • Document, analyze, and resolve technical issues while providing configuration guidance to customers and engineering teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to Knowledge
  • Database with documentation and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Experience in first-line support or working with clients as a Technical Analyst.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix at user level.
  • Understanding of Amazon AWS from a user perspective.
  • Availability to work from 11 AM – 8 PM EET time zone (current Lithuanian time) or 10 AM – 7 PM EET time zone.
  • Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
