Under broad supervision of Customer Service Control Center Supervisor, you will become an integral part of high performing central customer focused team in Vilnius and provide customers courteous, professional, and efficient back-office service at all times. In conjunction with local office, you will be responsible for performing tasks involved in processing orders. You will be point of contact for our selected internal and external customers – usually via email or by phone.
