At BlueMonks, we are looking for a Dutch speaking KYC Helpdesk employee with over 1 year of experience to elevate our team to new heights. Your Quest:
As a KYC Helpdesk employee, you will be responsible for:
- Offering customer support to clients
- Answering questions from clients related to documents they need to provide, both via telephone and e-mail
- Escalating specific questions to senior specalists
- Perform simple KYC tasks (we teach you how)
Your Profile:
· At least 1 year of valuable and relevant experience as helpdesk/service employee. KYC/AML experience is a big plus!
· A natural aptitude for analysis and strategic thinking
· The ability to effectively solve problems, even with minimal guidance.
· Dutch is required for this role. Other languages are an advantage:
