Job description

Client Service Delivery Specialist

As a Client Service Delivery Specialist, you will provide client services and support, you will handle diverse and time-sensitive client-related projects and requests both in client-facing and back-office activities. You will learn about Corporate Governance and have an opportunity to learn from Administrators, Corporate Secretaries and Board members of leading organizations.

 

Nasdaq Governance Solutions Team at the Vilnius office is searching for a versatile individual with a technology-driven experience. With your local colleagues as well as team members within Nasdaq around the globe you will use the most sophisticated internal applications, as well as phone and e-mail solutions to interact with colleagues and clients. We expect you to make use of your strong communication and problem-solving skills and become an authority in handling a set of different innovative tools.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Provide support for Board Portal Software via e-mail and telephone
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by consistently delivering value and anticipating needs
  • Provide user training and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Assist with ticket escalation and issue communication to Product Engineering and developing teams
  • Assist with issue investigation using the Splunk, Pendo and Jira systems. 
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams with crafting solutions
  • Collaborate and communicate client requirements to the Account Administrators and Success Managers
  • Promote the latest improvements and other company’s capabilities to clients

 

What We Expect:

  • Excellent written and spoken English, additional points for other languages Finnish, Danish, Swedish, French or Italian
  • Strong affinity toward working with software applications, especially Jira, Splunk and Pendo.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing position as well as experience in supporting complex products
  • Excellent collaboration skills and positive and performance-driven demeanor
  • Very reliable, crucial, stress-resistant personality
  • Self-sufficiency and independence in task handling
  • Ability to multitask in an effective manner and eager to learn beyond the immediate remit
  • Understanding of the Agile Methodology

Monthly salary (Gross) from: 2700 Eur, other bonuses apply.
