What You Will Do:

  • Organize daily job of the team and ensure efficient execution of KYC/CDD processes according to internal Luminor standards
  • Conduct regular team and 1:1 meeting to ensure proper information flow
  • Have deep knowledge and understanding of Luminor Risk appetite, Sanctions and AML/CFT standards and implement these into internal processes Maintain and improve the AML knowledge and competences for the team and itself
  • Perform quality assurance activities for team members and communicate the results
  • Proactively contribute to establishing written guidance (procedures, instructions) for the operational daily activities, including development of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Initiate and make proposals for possible improvements to direct management to ensure pan-Baltic alignment and process efficiency
  • Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values
  • Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions
  • Participate in internal and external projects, workgroups and represent the Unit

What We Expect:

  • Experience and professional skills in AML/CFT area, at least 3 years
  • Team management experience would be considered as a strong plus
  • High commitment to the current and prospective team needs, keeping oneself pro-actively updated on the upcoming regulatory changes
  • Ability and willingness to train, support and coach others
  • Full working proficiency in English and local language (Lithuania) is required
