React Native Developer

TeleSoftas in Kaunas, Vilnius or Klaipėda is looking for a new curious and proactive team member to join the team! Currently, we have 25 members in our Frontend and 32 in our Mobile communities. In the team, you can feel the international vibe. Therefore all the activities such as workations, remote and live team buildings, and workshops are happening in English. Also, the team has a large variety of projects, so you can find out about technical challenges outside of your international project at team gatherings. 

When joining the TeleSoftas team, you will have an opportunity to grow and improve your skills while using the latest technologies. Project tech stack: React-native, Redux Tool Kit, RTK, AWS BE, HTTPS requests, APIs, Websockets, Electron.js, React, .NET, REST, WS, Node.js, JavaScript. 

About the project

Session: an international project empowering music creators to manage their songs, collaborations and music rights in one platform. It allows creators to share their music and info with publishers, labels and music societies. Furthermore, musicians get their credits by easily capturing each creator’s contribution and unique digital fingerprint. As we say: “Session empowers creators to do what they love and get the credit they deserve!”

About the job

• Develop high-quality and performance as well as a maintainable mobile app using the latest JavaScript technologies
• Apply best practices such as agile ceremonies and code reviews to create quality code
• Choose the right toolset to solve problems
• Work on an international project with team members from the UK and Sweden
• Grow personal and professional skills by achieving goals set by the project manager

 Must Haves:

• 2+ years of commercial experience building mobile applications with React Native
• 2+ years of experience using modern Javascript (ES6/7/8)
• Experience in modern React workflows / best practices
• Experience with Redux, Redux Tool Kit, RTK Query and Typescript
• Experience in writing functional components and custom hooks
• A good understanding of building UI with Flexbox / Grid
• Strong or fluent English skills
• Experience with Agile way of work (Scrum, Kanban)

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Redux Saga or Redux Epics

For this position, we offer 2480 – 4133 €/month gross salary.
