UI/UX DESIGNER

• Collaborate and run design efforts that will impact all products in the Guardhat portfolio;
• Contribute through your work to Guardhat’s point of view on safety hardware and software interfaces and user experiences;
• Develop flows and product experiences that balance real-world production with industrial design, interaction design, user research, and the Guardhat brand;
• Work collaboratively with a growing team of talented designers, engineers, and project managers from multiple creative and technical disciplines;
• Develop and maintain a Figma style guide/library together with the design team.

• A Bachelor of Arts or Science/master’s in fine arts in the field of Industrial or UX Design;
• 3+ years of professional experience in a corporate or consulting design environment;
• Experience in managing UX and supporting the engineering team in building the front end;
• Experience in designing, developing, and shipping mobile and desktop product experiences for worldwide markets. A particular focus on industrial user experiences is preferred but not a must;
• Ability to develop a Figma style guide/library together with the design team; high proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite;
• Knowledgeable of rapid prototyping, developing A/B tests;
• Genuine interest in working on multi-channel industrial and user interface design, interaction design, and brand in a manner that reinforces Guardhat’s mission to build the IoT platform of choice for human-centric applications for frontline workers;
• Flexibility to accommodate working hours with the U.S. and/or India time zones as needed (on occasion).

• Competitive Salary of up to EUR 3,700/month gross;
