Own the integrations that thousands of companies rely on every day
At SuperOffice, we build software that helps businesses create better relationships with their customers. Our CRM is used across Europe — and integrations are what make it fit naturally into our customers’ daily workflows.
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Integrations team in Vilnius and take ownership of how SuperOffice connects with the wider ecosystem of tools and platforms.
What’s in it for you?
🤝 What we offer:
💼 What you’ll do:
The future of this role:
Over time, this role will evolve alongside the platform. You’ll move from building and improving individual services to having increasing influence on technical direction, architecture, and long‑term design decisions. There is clear room to grow in responsibility, scope, and impact—whether that means deepening your technical expertise, taking ownership of larger parts of the system, or shaping how we build and operate integrations across teams.
We invest in sustainable engineering practices, code quality, and platform stability. That means the work you do here is meant to last, not be replaced. Your contributions will continue to be relevant as technologies change, and you’ll be supported in learning, adapting, and growing with them.
This is a role for engineers who want to build things that endure—and who want their own career to do the same.
