We're looking for a CRM & AI Consultant who is passionate about both CRM systems and the practical application of AI in business environments.

What’s this position about?

HubSpot is one of the fastest growing applications around the globe and HIPER is the largest HubSpot partner in the Baltics. Hailing from Lithuania, we deliver projects throughout Europe and work together with some of the biggest solution partners in the world. In this position you’ll do the following:  

• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM and AI solutions.
• Lead HubSpot CRM implementations for B2B clients.
• Configure HubSpot, design CRM architectures, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and reporting frameworks.
• Build workflows, automations, custom objects, and integrations.
• Design AI-assisted business processes using Anthropic's Claude platform.
• Implement AI-powered workflows for sales, marketing, customer support, and operations.
• Build and configure AI agents that interact with CRM data.
• Create prompt frameworks and AI playbooks for client teams.
• Identify opportunities where AI can automate repetitive work and improve business outcomes.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Train end users and create documentation.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor or Master Degree in the field of Business, Marketing or Technology. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong and proven project management skills. 
• Tech savvy person with basic coding experience.
• Experience with basic principles of software development.
• Excellent communication skills in English, bonus points for other European languages.
