Finance Director

Company is currently undergoing the restructuring and have business model change and growth plans. To support the growth of the company we are looking for a strategic partner to join C-suite team and embark on this growth journey together with CEO and founder of the company.  

The Finance Director will be a pivotal member within leadership team and will play a critical role in driving the achievement of AH vision. You will report directly to the CEO and oversee the day-to-day management of companies’ financials, providing recommendations to CEO that will guide decision-making on matters affecting the strategic investment direction of AH.

We are seeking for an experienced and analytical Finance Director to drive organization's financial operations and support the strategic growth.  

Responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating potential M&A deals and conducting feasibility studies on investments
• Liaising with financial institutions
• Organizing the financing and refinancing cycles
• Monitoring expenditure, cash flow, evaluating current investments
• Analyzing current and past financial data and performance
• Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis
• Acting as a sparring business partner and supporting CEO in decision making
• Monitoring all financial activities
• Promoting revenue growth
• Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
• Providing financial models and forecasting
• Coordinating with stakeholders from different companies in the holding

• Degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent field
• At least 4-5 years experience in financial management role
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis
• Experience with M&A valuations, due diligence, business case preparation and presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in business financing via different sources (e.g. banks, investors)
• Bridging, structured finance experience
• Proficient English language skills
