About the project

Odgers Berndtson - is a global executive search, interim management, talent assessment and leadership development firm. As per their description “We develop comprehensive relationships with our clients and provide lasting support during the recruitment and development of the people who will grow their business.”

In simplified manner - Odgers Berndtson are executive search company, which hires talents for big organisations, enterprises and companies - C level executives.

Our current goal - would be developing application which would enable Odgers Berndtson to find the right talents with the help of data - skipping unnecessary steps and long skills assessment, rather than going through the data sources, which would match the needed skillset/profile, etc. The idea behind it, that it wouldn’t only match typical data sets or requirements, as experience in the current position/industry but would focus more on alternative data, for example: maybe the person, who hasn’t finished the university is way better candidate compared to the one, who has finished 3 master degrees.

What will you do?

• Work with critical production environment
• Collaborate with team members
• Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations
• Help automate and streamline our operations and processes

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud
• Experience with containers (Docker)
• Experience with MsSql/Neo4J
• Experience with Data Lake Storage
• Experience with Kubernetes service (AKS)
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices (infrastructure as a code, delivery pipelines)
• A working understanding of code and script (preferably Python)
• Good English skills

Nice To Have's

• Azure certification
• Experience with big data
• Experience with machine learning

• Understanding with Agile development practices
• Understanding of highly scalable micro services architecture
• Deploying and maintaining Spark/Ray.IO clusters

For this position we offer 3310 – 7440 €/month gross salary.
