Senior Software Engineer (MarTech) @Telia

We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer, MarTech to join us at Telia.

I’m Edgaras Jasinskis, Software Engineering Manager, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on driving business agility and maximizing Salesforce value through collaborative engineering, smart automation, and continuous technological innovation — including designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud-native solutions that power our MarTech teams across multiple countries.

What you'll do

You will drive the technical execution of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring MarTech teams across our markets can build, ship, and scale campaigns faster and more reliably.

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS for MarTech teams operating across multiple countries.
• Build and manage containerized environments (Docker), infrastructure as code (Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to streamline deployment and improve reliability.
• Develop and maintain integrations and solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), supporting marketing automation across our markets.
• Build modern web applications and tools using TypeScript (or JavaScript with JSDoc) and its ecosystem, including Node.js, React, Next.js, Vite, and Webpack.
• Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB) to support data-driven MarTech solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Contribute to technical decisions, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

What will help you thrive in this role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges across the cloud and MarTech landscape.

• Solid hands-on experience with AWS, containerization, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD practices.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and an understanding of how it fits into a broader MarTech architecture.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript development skills, with comfort across the modern front-end and back-end ecosystem.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and a good sense of when to use each.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in layman’s terms to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across international, cross-functional teams.
• A continuous learning mindset and willingness to explore new technologies.

Monthly salary range 3600-6500 EUR gross/month + annual performance bonus.
