Senior Director - Workforce Experience Design

• Lead the end-to-end design of employee experiences globally, including journey mapping, service blueprinting, and facilitation of cross-functional workshops. Guide a team of designers to translate behavioral insights into impactful, scalable designs.
• By creating seamless, human-centered experiences that reduce friction, align to strategic priorities, and improve employee performance—ultimately enabling better customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Delivery of future-state experience blueprints and current-state journey maps, reduction in experience gaps, improved EX metrics (e.g., engagement, enablement), and speed of iteration during testing phases.
• Development of journey maps and blueprints, leading the design function, and ensuring design fidelity through rapid prototyping and collaborative alignment with research and delivery leads.
• Transforms behavioral insights into intentional, measurable designs that drive engagement, reduce complexity, and contribute directly to experience-led business growth.

• Experience in leading experience or service design teams in matrixed, global environments;
• Strong and progressively more impactful experience in product, experience or process design;
• Knowledge in quantitative and qualitative research methods, user design and user testing.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in HCI, Psychology, Systems-Thinking, Industrial/Instructional Design, etc.
• Outstanding stakeholder and people management skill set;
• Full fluency in English and strong communication and presentation skills;
• Familiarity with relevant tools - Miro / Mural / Qualtrics / Medallia / Survey Platforms;
• Availability to travel up to 30%.
