Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs across business and technology domains.
• Establish and manage program governance structures, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
• Monitor program progress against milestones, budget, and scope; manage changes proactively.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and expectations.
• Serve as a single point of accountability for program communication, status reporting, and escalation handling.
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment at all levels.
• Provide direction and leadership to project managers, analysts, and technical teams involved in program delivery.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor junior program and project managers, building delivery maturity across the organization.
• Identify and resolve program-level issues, risks, and roadblocks through data-driven decision-making.
• Apply critical thinking and structured problem-solving approaches to drive solutions that are scalable and sustainable.
• Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Drive change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or organizational changes.
• Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate resource allocation across projects and departments, optimizing utilization and minimizing conflicts.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are embedded into all program deliverables.
• Track and measure program performance through KPIs and regular reviews to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO) to enforce best practices, templates, and reporting standards.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance processes meet governance and audit requirements.

• Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, or SAFe are strongly preferred.
• Proficient in project and program management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience using risk, quality, and resource management frameworks.
