Nasdaq Baltic Exchanges are looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. We offer a unique opportunity to serve the biggest Lithuanian companies such as Ignitis grupė, Telia Lietuva, Artea bankas, Akola group and many others. Here you will participate in the development of pan-Baltic products and services and finally, be part of the team making sure capital market in the Baltics is attractive and continues growing! As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing services to the local customers and partners of Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange listed companies, banks, legal advisors and our valued investors community.

What will you be doing?

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing day-to-day client advice and support
• Providing support on different global, European, or locally based initiatives (like changes in regulation, introductions of new products and services)
• Supporting sales activities
• Processing customer data (e.g. invoicing and calculations, web page updates etc.) and supporting customers with investor relations
• Helping to organize and participate webinars, seminars, and other educational and promotional events.

We would like you to:

• Have a bachelors degree in finance, economics, or in a similar field of study
• Be fluent in written and spoken Lithuanian as well as English and have exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Have strong client focus skills and be able to assist customers with a variety of offered products and services
• Be a self-starter capable to deliver with attention to detail and quality
• Experience in finance would be considered as an advantage
• Capability to read and interpret regulatory acts and policies would be considered as an advantage.

• Salary range 25,500.00 - 45,900.00 EUR Annual , depending on final candidate's experience and skills

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Nasdaq offers you a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 3 days per week. Our desired start date is August 2025.
