BI Specialist (Qlik Cloud) (Lithuania)

Our client is a global private equity investor headquartered in London. We are looking for a specialist based in Lithuania to join our team.

DataArt's team in this project consists of 15 people who constantly interact with the technical team on the client side, which consists of 20+ technical specialists. The work is organized in Kanban methodology.

We are looking for an innovative and analytical BI Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on leveraging Qlik Cloud and Databricks to develop data analytics and business intelligence solutions that drive business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a keen analytical mindset, and experience in transforming complex data into actionable insights.

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Qlik Cloud and Databricks to support business intelligence and reporting needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
• Create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports using Qlik Cloud, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs
• Utilize Databricks to manage big data processing, implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipelines
• Develop and execute data models to analyze trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accurate reporting
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in BI tools and techniques and recommend best practices
• Provide training and support to end-users on Qlik Cloud and Databricks tools and functionalities
• Assist in maintaining data governance and documentation standards for BI solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a BI Specialist or similar role, with hands-on experience in Qlik Cloud and Databricks
• Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices in Qlik Cloud
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with big data technologies and frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Delta Lake)
• Experience with ETL tools and data processing methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
