Job description
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
- Actively search for new customers, initiate cooperation, and negotiate contracts
- Develop, implement, and manage new logistics projects
- Lead and manage the vehicle transport department team
- Analyze client needs and prepare tailored proposals
- Prepare performance reports and track results
- Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad
- Onboard, train, and support team members; plan staffing resources
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport logistics, preferably in vehicle transport sales or procurement
- Excellent command of French or German (other languages are an advantage)
- Proven leadership skills: ability to build, develop, and manage a team
- Result-driven approach with a focus on KPIs
- Flexibility, decisiveness, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- High sense of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail

Based on this principle, the Hegelmann Group was founded in 1998. The first transporters for special transports built the base for the company. In the first years the founders (3 brothers Hegelmann) themselves drove the trucks all through Europe and worked hard on the positive business development.
