One of the largest professional certification associations in the finance industry globally uses DataArt as its primary technology partner. We are looking for a specialist based in Lithuania to join our team.

You will be a key driver in orchestrating end-to-end migration journeys for clients, from initial assessment through migration and modernization. Your expertise will be pivotal in architecting strategies that ensure seamless transitions to AWS while optimizing for innovation, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with clients to deeply understand their existing IT environments, applications, business requirements, and transformation goals across the entire migration lifecycle
• Develop and present comprehensive architectural designs that encompass migration strategies, application modernization, and optimization of cloud-native capabilities
• Lead cross-functional teams including Project Managers, technical experts, and client stakeholders to execute migration plans and drive successful outcomes
• Identify technical challenges and potential roadblocks, providing proactive solutions and recommendations to ensure project success
• Provide ongoing technical oversight to ensure alignment with architectural standards, best practices, and the strategic goals of the project
• Champion innovation by suggesting and implementing creative approaches that enhance the migration and modernization process
• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' existing environments, evaluating their readiness for migration and identifying opportunities for modernization
• Design target architectures that leverage AWS services for scalability, availability, security, and cost optimization, covering the entire migration and modernization journey
• Collaborate with technical teams to define application dependencies, data flows, integration points, and migration patterns
• Develop comprehensive migration strategies covering application and data migration, infrastructure setup, and ongoing optimization.
• Lead efforts to refactor, rearchitect, and optimize applications for cloud-native capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, experience with .NET technologies is a plus
• Deep knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, migration strategies, and best practices
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
• Hands-on experience with modernisation applications and infrastructure from Azure to AWS
• Expertise in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core is a plus
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
