We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team with one of the biggest players in finance in the country and to spearhead the implementation of a "Data Quality and Management by Design" Proof of Concept (PoC). This role will involve setting objective controls on data and employing machine learning to assess the probability of data accuracy over time. The successful candidate will utilize standard AWS services (like AWS Glue Data Quality and SageMaker), to build this solution. 

6-month contract with a high possibility of extension. 

• Develop and implement a PoC for data quality and management. 
• Establish objective controls to ensure data integrity. 
• Utilise machine learning to analyse and predict data accuracy. 
• Employ AWS services to build robust data solutions. 
• Collaborate with the Finance Team and Function Area to create best practice patterns in data management.

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, preferably within the finance sector. 
• Strong proficiency in AWS services, including Glue and SageMaker – preferably also an Associate AWS Data Engineer certification. 
• Experience with data quality and management frameworks. 
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and applications. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6500 - 7000 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your skills and experience.
