Our client is a waste management business headquartered in the US. They specialize in sustainability and offer solutions to protect the environment. We are looking for a specialist based in Lithuania to join our team.

The overall size of the team working on the program is 70 people. This is a new project we start within this program and on its early stage the team will consists on one-two developers and several experts such as project manager, architect, QA engineer, supporting them.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle APEX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the seamless migration of the currently existed Oracle Forms based application to Oracle APEX, integration of Oracle APEX application with our web application, ensuring single sign-on (SSO) functionality, synchronization of permission settings, and re-using the web application UI within APEX. Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL

Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap

• Provide a migration of the Oracle Forms App to Oracle APEX
• Develop and maintain integration points between Oracle APEX and web applications, ensuring seamless SSO access
• Implement and manage the synchronization of permission settings between Oracle APEX and the web app, ensuring consistent user access levels
• Re-use web application UI components within Oracle APEX for a consistent look and feel
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications to meet business requirements
• Optimize APEX applications for performance and scalability
• Work closely with front-end and back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Oracle APEX and web application integration
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the developed solutions and integrations

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle APEX development
• Team Lead experience or experience in collaborative environments, with a focus on managing work allocation and resolving technical dependencies and conflicts
• Proficiency in Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
• Strong understanding of SSO mechanisms and integration methods
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS)
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Prior experience in synchronizing permissions across multiple platforms
