UX Writer

The UX team is a multidisciplinary group of experts in UX writing, UX research, and UX design, working together to deliver the best UX in the industry. We’re responsible for all the content delivery in the Adform platform and Adform Help. As a UX Writer at Adform, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality content and ensuring our voice, tone, and style are consistent across all platforms. 

In our dynamic and cross-functional setting, teamwork is crucial. We seek a UX Writer who is dedicated to understanding our users, pays close attention to detail, is organized, and is motivated by taking on new challenges every day. 

We hope you're ready to change the game! Be ready to: 

• Create, review, and maintain content in line with Adform's Voice, Tone, and Style, including end-user and technical documentation, release notes, and microcopy
• Contribute to identifying necessary UX writing solution improvements
• Contribute to the evolution of Adform UX writing processes and Voice, Tone, and Style guides
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX Research, UX Design, Engineering, and SMEs to create content that supports usability and enhances the user experience

• Strong writing skills, including the ability to create content for various audiences, write product descriptions, technical documentation, and proofread content
• Experience with CMS/CCMS tools and image editors
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, good communication skills, and the ability to ensure alignment among all parties
• Attention to detail and the ability to approach writing challenges with structure, precision, and discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
