Job description

Junior Commercial Partnerships Manager

In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients’ usage and experience with existing products. 


Global Commercial Partnerships is critical to our growth and development to meet our client’s needs, the team is focused on managing and developing commercial partnerships ensuring that we have the right partner ecosystem to grow existing revenues & deliver on new revenue streams.


The team is expected to be an outward facing “ambassador’s” always looking to close the gap on our competition, building relationships externally and internally to ensure that we have the right integrations and GTM plans, to deliver and exceed on revenue expectations. 


Junior Commercial Partnership Manager role is to build out the Adform Deal Catalogue, working closely with the relevant people in the partnerships team, marketing and product.

  • Work with an agreed framework to establish a deal catalogue which can be circulated and shared with the regions. Example Xandr Deal catalogue
  • Ensure that this is kept up to date and relevant as the source of truth for always on deals via our partners across all channels
  • Maintaining deals if they should expire and working with the relevant SSP
  • Work with product to understand how we can make the deals accessible, discoverable and activated in the most effective way to drive commercial uplift
  • Ensure that there are relevant deals across all omnichannel channels and key sources, prioritizing across our top 5 and more strategic partners for access
  • Prioritise DOOH always on deals for a launch so we have a clear deal set up to help get activity flowing via the DOOH planner
  • Working with marketing to ensure we have a catalogue which is easy to understand, using examples to base this around
  • Ensure you are ahead and up to speed on how our competition is packaging and selling inventory

  • A strong appetite to grow and learn as the market continually evolves
  • A must for strong ad tech experience especially around inventory partners and deal creation
  • Proven account management experience at an online tech company, 2+ years
  • Worked in a matrix environment, collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders and teams
  • Strong analytical and technical background as well as business acumen
  • Excellent presentation & organizational skills
