Our client is a leading full-service global Contract Research Organization (CRO).

We are looking for a specialist based in Lithuania to join our team.

After several years of successful partnership and the development of a custom budgeting system, we are ready to extend our cooperation even further. Right now we are working on several different projects combined into a large program.

The team, consisting of 2-3 developers, will develop a new tool for data analysis and evaluate the company's current projects.

• Develop and maintain Shiny applications in R
• Manage packages with RStudio Package Manager and Golem
• Write complex SQL queries for data handling
• Collaborate via Git and follow coding best practices
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure high-quality code
• Communicate effectively in spoken English

• Proven experience as an R Developer, with a strong portfolio of Shiny applications
• Proficiency in the RStudio Package Manager, the Shiny framework and the Golem library for building R-based web applications
• In-depth knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write complex queries
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable code
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and best practices for collaborative development
• Spoken English

• Experience with Azure Cloud services and infrastructure
• Prior experience in a data-driven environment
