We are seeking a highly skilled Lead/Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to drive the design, automation, and management of Azure Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows. You will play a key role in improving deployment efficiency, ensuring system reliability, and implementing DevOps best practices. We are looking for a specialist based in Lithuania to join our team.

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering best practices and efficiency
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment across environments
• Architect and implement Azure Cloud-based solutions
• Adopt automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
• Automate routine tasks and configuration management with Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash
• Implement security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM, network security,y, and compliance adherence
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance observability using tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enhance system reliability and scalability
• Optimize cloud costs and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
• Proficiency in scripting and automation with PowerShell, Bash or Python
• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and containerized workloads
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, pipeline automation, and best practices
• Solid experience in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
• Knowledge of security best practices, including RBAC, identity management, and cloud governance
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef
• Familiarity with Git and branching strategies
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork

• Experience working in hybrid or multi-cloud environments
• Certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven computing
