Supply chain manager

·       Strategic Goal Implementation: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations in alignment with company objectives.

·       KPI System Development: Design and implement a comprehensive KPI system to monitor and improve supply chain performance.

·       SIOPs/ERP System Integration: Enhancing ERP system to streamline supply chain and SIOPs processes.

·       Procurement Management: Oversee procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and components.

·       Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.

·       Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring supplier performance meets company standards.

·       Customer Service and Logistics. Ensuring high standards and fulfilling customer demands (quick response, supply on time, flawless logistics)

·       Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 

·       At least 3-5 years experience in supply chain management, preferably in assembly manufacturing processes.

·       Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Strong understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

·       Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·       Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.

·       Very good English language skills.
