Strategic Marketing & Positioning:
- Lead and develop the marketing strategy to drive product positioning, market expansion, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
- Conduct market and customer research to inform segmentation, targeting, and competitive analysis, translating insights into clear value propositions and business objectives.
- Define product expectations from the end user, decision-makers, and patient perspectives, ensuring these insights inform effective go-to-market strategies.
Promotional Campaigns & Communication:
- Plan, implement, and monitor promotional campaigns for product launches and portfolio phase-outs, ensuring ROI-driven outcomes aligned with regional/local needs.
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing communication strategies to promote Esco’s products and services, adhering to corporate branding guidelines across all messaging.
- Support pricing and margin recommendations, tailoring promotions to optimize sales and market share.
Event Organization & Coordination:
- Organize and oversee global and international trade shows, professional education events, and industry partnerships, working closely with regional sales and operations teams.
- Handle vendor negotiations, IVF society agreements, and event logistics (including setup and dismantling) to ensure impactful brand presence.
Sales Enablement & Support:
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and the Executive Team to ensure effective implementation of commercialization strategies.
- Provide sales support through product presentations, training, and development of sales tools, enabling the sales team to meet/exceed KPIs and sales objectives.
- Continuously align with sales to provide timely marketing assets, updates, and targeted support for maximum commercial impact.
Budget Management & Reporting:
- Manage the marketing budget to allocate resources effectively across strategic initiatives, optimizing spend for maximum impact on business objectives.
