We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our dynamic team and elevate our Center of Excellence (CoE) located in Vilnius (Lithuania). As a Senior RPA Developer, you will play a critical role in automating our business processes and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coding with Blue Prism (BP) and/or UiPath, and a passion for quality and innovation. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism (BP) and/or UiPath, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Lead innovation and drive changes in technology and procedures.
  • Work closely with Process Automation Analysts in understanding the functional and technical design.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing high-quality solutions.
  • Utilize intermediate knowledge of C# and/or VB.Net to enhance RPA solutions.
  • Effectively use and understand SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Mentor and train developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Demonstrate an ownership mindset, effective time management, taking responsibility for the success of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders and resolve problems effectively, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment  and exhibit leadership qualities, raising the overall skill level of the team.
  • Maintain a positive attitude through changes and adapt to new challenges.


Role Requirements

  • Solid (2+ years) hands on experience of coding in Blue Prism (BP) and/or UiPath.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of C# and/or VB.Net.
  • Experience with SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English verbal and written language.
  • Strong collaboration and trainings skills. Ability to work well in a team and mentor others.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to change.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Technical education background or Bachelors University degree in Computer Science, RPA, IT or similar field would be an advantage.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2,658 – 4,933 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
