We are looking for a specialist based in Lithuania to join our team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Angular Frontend Lead to join our engineering team. This role focuses on empowering developers, enhancing UI implementation, and driving front-end design excellence.

• Provide guidance and design instruction to developers for building scalable, reusable UI components
• Implement accessibility standards and ensure applications meet accessibility requirements
• Collaborate with teams on Angular upgrade paths, including AngularJS to the latest Angular version (18+)
• Work with micro-front-end architecture to deliver modular, maintainable front-end systems
• Ensure high-quality software through the use of testing frameworks like Cypress
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards
• Align work hours (4 hours/day) with US Central Time for team collaboration

• Strong expertise with the latest Angular version (18+) and AngularJS, including upgrade paths
• Hands-on experience with micro-front-end architecture
• Proficient in accessibility implementation for modern web applications
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress or similar tools
• Proven ability to create reusable components and maintain a clean component library
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Previous experience in guiding and mentoring developers on UI and front-end best practices
