As their team in Lithuania is growing, the company is seeking a Senior Full-stack Developer to play a key role in the bank’s Platform & Technology team.
What you will do:
- Design, develop, and deploy applications in the cloud using modern technologies, such as JavaScript, Typescript, React, NextJS, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, REST APIs, JSON, OAUTH2, API Gateways, OKTA.
- Collaborate with other Developers within the development teams to ensure the best methods and techniques are used.
- Guide and mentor more junior staff in proper techniques and solutions.
- Leverage code repositories, code reviews, merge/pull requests review, and approvals.
- Execute and promote development standards, including writing readable code, automated tests, and documentation.
- Analyze technological trends and propose formal recommendations for improvement when appropriate.
- Keep job knowledge up to date by studying new tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal and professional networks, and more.
- Lead and help orchestrate effective Agile development.
What you will need:
- 8-10+ years of software engineering experience.
- High-level competence in front-end technologies (JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Typescript) and server-side development (Node.js)
- Deep understanding of RESTful design principles and experience creating and consuming APIs.
- Experience with revision control and CI/CD tools (Github and Github Actions).
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architectures.
- Solid understanding of web security fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to deliver product features to customers in a production environment.
- Firm understanding of standard SDLC, LEAN, and Agile practices
- Experience in coaching and improving team productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Experience working with IDM platforms (Okta, Auth0) would be an advantage.

- Salary ranges: 7500 - 8300 EUR gross.
