The role of Director, Core Financial Services Technologies is an instrumental role in Western Union technology organization, taking responsibility over corporate technologies including Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, BlackLine, Noetix reporting, FIS Data Integrity Manager (formerly IntelliMatch) and some smaller systems. This role will be responsible for providing governance for our existing global team distributed across Lithuania, USA, Costa Rica and India, as well as leading the insourcing of labor from various vendors and building our corporate technology competence center. Role’s responsibilities involve leadership, strategic planning, and technical oversight to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of technology. It will be reporting to Head of Core Financial Services Technologies in Lithuania. This person is expected to operate autonomously in many situations by making decisions, pushing progress, and communicating the decisions to the CIO and subsequently to the organization. We would like our new colleague to operate in a highly collaborative manner across a diverse set of stakeholders and operational owners but also disrupt and overcome a culture of consensus decision making.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 5,483 – 9,138 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Total on target compensation includes a base salary plus long-term and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
