By joining the company as a Product Support Advisor (German Speaker), you will become an expert in monitoring technology delivering accurate health readings directly to smart devices. After comprehensive onboarding and training, you’ll be equipped to provide compassionate guidance and support to company patients as well as to their families and caregivers.

This position is very flexible and can be either full-time or part-time, fully remote from anywhere in Lithuania. You can start right away or later this year - whichever works better for you!

• Be the first point of contact for patients and medical professionals in Germany.
• Address patient questions and product/service concerns, and troubleshoot technical issues related to company devices, mobile apps, and cloud software.
• Document and analyze patient and product information, send replacements and samples, and perform patient follow-ups.
• Be the first to learn about new products and services.
• Educated and training patients and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of data.
• Observe quality and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to maintaining high satisfaction scores in regular customer surveys.

• Excellent German skills (C1) and good English proficiency (B1+)
• Be able to retain detailed information, analyze, and effectively solve problems.
• Be able to communicate effectively and professionally across various channels, including in person, over the phone, via email, and through other business correspondence.
• Empathetic mindset and good listening skills.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team: all team members support other teams based on workload and resources, so your tasks and responsibilities may shift from time to time. Don’t worry – they’ll ensure you have all the training you need!

• Salary ranges: 1643 – 1933 EUR gross monthly + 300 EUR gross additional compensation for German language skills + annual bonus.
