• You will build and maintain reporting: Lead the creation and upkeep of a comprehensive operational reporting portfolio to enhance business operations and decision-making.

• Your Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions to improve data quality, performance, and usability reports.
• You are adept in Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, understand their requirements and present insights and recommendations.
• You have excellent Collaboration Skills: While working independently, take ownership of tasks and projects, demonstrate initiative, share insights, and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Your Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, customer service industry trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Experience in Global Business Service/ Excellence Centre / Customer Interaction Hub operations is a significant advantage.
• You are proficient in SQL and ETL processes: Experience with tools for data integration, data cleansing, and transformation (SQL, BigQuery), and experience with cloud platforms is an advantage.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,550.00 to €3,000.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
