We are looking for a specialist based in Lithuania to join our team.
The project team is a dynamic collaboration between DataArt and our client, comprising around 40 professionals.
On the DataArt side, our team includes 20 members with a mix of skilled Business Analysts (BAs), Developers (DEVs), and Quality Assurance specialists (QAs), who bring expertise in agile processes and innovative solutions to the project.
On the client side, the team consists of approximately 20 professionals, including Product Owners (POs), Technical Leads, and Developers, who work closely with us to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst to work on business cases with clients from the financial services (real estate field). The candidate must be an effective communicator as will have to establish direct connections between stakeholders and the team (and develop trust). Core responsibilities include communication with the business and with the team to develop specific solutions (both on user and technical sides). The ability to facilitate teamwork is a big plus.
