Sales and CRM Coordinator

What you'll be doing

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales and CRM Coordinator to manage sales communication, CRM activities, and deal tracking for a high-tech company in the laboratory and life sciences field. This role involves following up with clients, organizing sales data, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and customers. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Follow up on incoming communication via sales emails and CRM HubSpot chat, responding to inquiries from existing customers and leads, writing follow-up emails based on provided templates and inputs.
  • Ensure all quotes and invoices in the system are registered accurately and correctly reflected in HubSpot CRM's deal flow.
  • Maintain and update contact information in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy for both new and existing clients.
  • Use data collected for leads in HubSpot to send personalized emails based on templates to start the conversion process with promising prospects.
  • Participate in a weekly online meetings to discuss ongoing sales and marketing activities.
  • Handle incoming customer support queries and provide timely responses via email.
  • Manage basic investor communication through Seedrs and email.


You'll be successful if you have

  • Proven experience in sales coordination or customer support roles, preferably within IT, SaaS, or life sciences.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in invoicing systems is a plus.
  • Experience with investor communication is a plus.

Salary

1500 - 1820 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your competencies, skills, and experience.
