Under broad supervision of Customer Service Control Center Supervisor, you will become an integral part of high performing central customer focused team in Vilnius and provide customers courteous, professional, and efficient back-office service at all times. In conjunction with local office, you will be responsible for performing tasks involved in processing orders. You will be point of contact for our selected internal and external customers – usually by phone or via email.
Working hours: Monday through Friday 22:00 to 07:00
We offer the opportunity for full-time remote work, so candidates from other Lithuanian towns besides Vilnius are welcome
During the training (8-10 weeks) must be flexible to work core business hours 09:00-18:00 (weekdays only)
Work schedule will be provided to employee in advance.
Working on public holidays is required and will be paid according to Lithuanian legislation at a rate of 2.
Night-time hours from 22:00 to 06:00 will be paid at a rate of 1.5.
