Senior Securities Operations Analyst

Nasdaq Clearing is now looking for a Senior Securities Operations Analyst to join our dynamic, technology-driven, and highly productive team in Vilnius. This role offers the opportunity to drive and own various initiatives focused on costumer success, business development and process efficiency. All while you'll continuously grow and develop your product, market and project management skills.

What You'll Do

In this position, you will be involved in and contribute to multi-asset derivative operations connected to Nasdaq Clearing, and play a prominent role in supporting our Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish financial markets and their participants. 


On a regular day, you will: 

  • Lead different aspects of day to day middle-office and post trade operations
  • Apply expertise and knowledge to anticipate customer needs and proactively address customer requests and/or concerns, educating and training our customers
  • Test and implement new business initiatives, products, programs, processes, etc. (e.g., process simplification and automation) that are aligned with the organizational strategy 


Who you are 

  • Degree in Business/Finance or related subject area, or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated client engagement skills, including the ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently, as well as collaborate closely with your team members, in a service-minded manner
  • Strong analytical skills and technical/system agility with sharp attention to detail


What Would Be Helpful 

  • Good understanding of different types of securities and how trading and/or clearing and settlement is conducted (expertise within a set focus area) 
  • Knowledge of EMIR and SFTR regulatory reporting environment and requirements.

Monthly salary: from 1800 to 2400€ (Before Taxes). The final salary will depend on candidate knowledge and experience, other bonuses apply.
