We are seeking a Senior Workday Financials Analyst interested in joining Nasdaq who will work closely with diverse teams, spanning Finance, IT, and other stakeholders, to discern business needs and translate them into actionable Workday Financials solutions. You should have a solid understanding of Workday Financials configuration and functionalities, and comprehension of accounting fundamentals, processes, and industry best practices. What you will do:

• Takes ownership of and ensure integrity of finance data through development of reports; resolve irregularities; partner with technical team to research and correct discrepancies
• Serve as a key contact for non-routine questions and requests related to finance systems and data
• Support Workday integrations to streamline financial data flow between Workday and other systems
• Command meetings and coordinate with peers to accomplish projects and resolve problems
• Customize and refine the Workday Financials system to adapt to evolving business requirements
• Engage in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, evaluating their implications on current configurations and processes
• Complete recurring and ad-hoc activities/processes required to maintain and administrate Financials systems
• Build functional specification documents for new Integrations and Reports and document solutions for future reference.
• Perform end-to-end testing and build test cases
• Participate and carry out various phases of Software Development Process
• Follow established processes to ensure quality of work you're completing

What We Expect:

• A Degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Self-starter and Self-sufficient requiring minimal direction of day-to-day issue tracking & resolution
• Proficient using Workday Integration tool EIB, Report Writer, and Calculated Fields
• Solid grasp of the Workday Security model and configuration
• Experience with business systems analysis that includes working closely with Finance Partners as well as IT for configuration/implementation of functionality.
• Excellent working proficiency in English

What Would Be Helpful:

• Have experience of working with more agile-based implementations projects or work methods
• Have experience of working with Workday Billing and Accounts Receivable functions

Monthly base salary starting from €3500 to €4000 gross based on experience. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
