In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products and services within Nasdaq CSD. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and lead the changes in local and cross-border settlement services within T2S and outside as well as other CSD services in Baltics and Iceland. You will participate in CSD business development projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product and services innovation and contribute to the development of new features and functionalities that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Actively contribute to all stages of new or existing service and product enhancements, including analysis, drafting of requirements, testing and deployment
• Participate in new business change projects within the broader CSD area related to CSDR, T2S, SWIFT ISO 20022, SCoRE or other market infrastructure upgrades/changes
• Monitor and evaluate product and service performance, customer feedback and industry developments to identify areas of improvement and optimization
• Ensure that issues have full closure and takes responsibility to work cross functionally until that closure is obtained
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, technology, sales and services teams to ensure that product and services offering is aligned with applicable laws, regulations and best industry practices
• Support operational teams in CSD services such as settlements in 4 Nasdaq CSD Securities Settlement Systems, Corporate Action processing, operation of Nasdaq CSD auxiliary systems and similar.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain excellent relations with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Academic degree, preferably in Economics/Finance/Business Administration
• Proven years of work experience in financial services industry, preferably in a Central Securities Depository or a similar post-trade environment
• Strong knowledge of post-trade life-cycle, including settlements, payments, corporate actions and reporting
• Solid understanding of technology systems and infrastructure supporting post-trade services
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer and stakeholders needs into actionable product requirements
• Curious, self-motivated and result-oriented, with proactive approach to problem solving
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing Central Securities Depositories, such as CSDR, SRD is an advantage
