• Lead the Accounts Payable Expense Invoice Processing Team and provide additional support to team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of supplier invoicing, payment terms, variance resolution, vendor correspondence, and disbursements.
• Review performance data to monitor productivity, goal progress, and activity levels; prepare and present KPI reports for senior leadership.
• Evaluate business processes and system design to identify and implement recommendations for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Oversee daily accounts payable activities and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and company policies.
• Maintain frequent contact with internal and external customers to address payment issues and assist in departmental initiatives as needed.

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or auditing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with keen attention to detail and reliability.
• Subject matter expertise in accounts payable, including business processes and best practices.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize high-volume, high-priority initiatives.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve supplier and internal customer concerns quickly and creatively.
