Senior Data Engineer
Join the TeleSoftas Team as a Senior Data Engineer and work with an amazing client – Bourne Leisure!
About the client:
Bourne Leisure is a leading British company offering diverse holiday experiences, from Haven caravan holiday parks to Warner hotels. Our company is organised into cross-functional product tribes, and we invite you to become a part of the Foundation tribe.
The Foundations Tribe: The Foundations Tribe focuses on supplying core systems and features that empower other Haven Digital Tribes. Our systems include Customer Data, Payments, CRM, and BI data.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Convert business requirements into performant, reliable data sets in our Data Lake, Snowflake
- Model data views and aggregates using DBT Cloud
- Maintain data layers within Snowflake
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven working experience in data engineering
- Expertise in Snowflake data warehouse
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with experience in DBT
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD
- Familiarity with various AWS technologies, including Lambdas
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Alation
- Previous experience mentoring or leading other team members

For this position, we offer a 3500 – 7000 €/month gross salary.
